ST. KILIAN SUPPORT GROUPS
Family-To-Family a program for loved ones of those living with a mental health condition to improve their coping and problem-solving abilities. NAMI-OC is offering a FREE 8-week educational program - here at St. Kilian! Our program will begin Sunday, October 20th 12:30 to 3pm
Peer Support group meets 4th Wednesday of each month from 6 to 7:30pm. This group if for individuals living with a mental illness. We encourage empathy, productive discussion and a sense of community. Benefit from other’s experiences, discover your inner strength and empower yourself by sharing in a non-judgmental space.
These groups are led by our SK Mental Health Ministry.
