Children’s Liturgy of the Word
The ritual of the Catholic Mass can sometimes be challenging for little ones. During our 10:30 am Sunday Mass, children between the ages of 5 to 5th grade are invited to leave Mass and “follow the teacher” to one of the Parish Center classrooms where they hear about the Gospel and readings on their terms. Children are back to return to their parents about 20 minutes later to finish the Mass.
We’d love to have even more Catechists so we can offer this at additional Mass times. Let us know if you’d like to be involved down below. The class materials are provided!
