Carolynn Schmahl earned her BA in Music from Chapman University's Hall-Musco Conservatory of Music where she sang in various ensembles learning pieces from around the globe in styles such as classical, jazz, musical theater, and pop. She has served as music director for several children's theater productions and teaches singing a piano lessons. Carolynn has also designed and directed children's camps in Orange County to teach musicianship skills such as sight reading, knowledge of music theory, composition, music history, and audition preparation. She loves to watch her students grow in their abilities and confidence, and believes that everyday she gets to make music is a good day.
